We arrived at this condo mid week at the end of July. The area looked very quaint, nice little beach town. The complex looked a little dated when we pulled into the parking lot and we got a little nervous but we were very excited to be in Maui and see our home for the next week. We were on the top floor of the complex and as soon as we walked in our jaws dropped from the incredible view. Both our lanai's had the most amazing view of the Pacific and the island across the way. We were steps from the entrance to the ocean. We turtle watched almost every night and spotted and swam with them right below the condo. The accommodations were also amazing. The condo has been nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen fully appointed and updated bathrooms with tile and granite. There were many little extras that we appreciated since we were traveling with children and grandparents. The owners were so nice and had the condo stocked with laundry soap, beach towels, a snorkel set, games, shampoos and soaps. Like a hotel only better! The great thing about this condo as well was the owners had also installed standing fans in every room. Since most places in Maui do not have air conditioning this was a lovely addition when the winds died down and there was no breeze. The pool was also really nice to have on the property. Our little boy loved being able to swim right next to the ocean! It is right below the unit so his grandma could see him if she didn't want to go with us to the pool. We will definitely be back to this condo, we loved it!

Excellent condo, great supplies, fantastic view. Clean and fresh and I'm picky. Only negative comment is it Needs better bed sheets! Hope to come back.

Awesome place, great for two families. We had the adults stay downstairs and the kids in one room upstaris. Walking distance to almost everything. One draw back is the street noise in the morning (the house is right on the main road in town.

We spent four nights in here last week and as the other reviews attest, the views cannot be beat. We loved being lulled to sleep by the very close ocean waves and felt very at home in this nicely decorated and well appointed condo.

The location is convenient to trips north to see Hanalei (don't miss it- one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen) and west to see Waimea Canyon (spectacular!). While the town of Kapaa is not as quaint as others, the location and convenience for quick trips cannot be beat.
