The apartment's prime location by the ocean and proximity to restaurants and stores are its standout features. However, cleanliness was an issue as I observed numerous hairs on the floor. Top floor oceanfront unit highly recommended if you like watching whales! Everything you need within walking distance. Definitely the sunny side of the island, if the forecast says its going to rain all day, it never does.
