Excellent Condo!
This space was larger than we expected with large bathrooms, kitchen and common area.
Even though it was on the first floor, we felt very safe and there was good amount of privacy.
AC is only in the bedrooms, so you have to make sure to open all of the windows in the living area and turn on the fans to let the fresh air circulate (especially if someone is sleeping on the pullout couch.)
Pull out couch was very comfortable, with a memory foam mattress.
Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of glasses, cups, plates, and everything in between.
Brand new Washer/Dryer - excellent quality.
Very easy to get to the beach and the small road that you have to cross is extremely quite. 3 great beaches in walkable distance , each with its own "personality".
Keep in mind that the WiFi password is in welcome binder in the kitchen (It was not in the online instructions)
Would return (for the right price...)
