Great place! This was our second stay at this resort, and we love it. We especially enjoy the croquet, mini golf, bocce ball, and easy access to the bike path and ocean. We love renting bikes for the week!
The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, with great A/C, a very comfortable master bed, thoughtful storage, and everything we needed. The beach chairs, toys, and wagon were especially helpful. Communication was excellent.
The management company was fantastic and even helped us quickly retrieve something we accidentally left behind four days after checkout, when we were already headed to the airport. We really appreciated going the extra mile!
The only downside was noisy upstairs neighbors with young children who woke up around 4:30 a.m. each morning, but that’s not something the owners can control.
We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay here. Bed was comfortable. AC and pots/pans/coffee maker left just a little bit to be desired. If you plan to do laundry ask for location of laundry and code in advance. They were super quick to respond and accommodating. Would stay at their properties again. Didn’t see any bugs in or around the unit, which is unusual for Hawai’i and tropics in general but that was very impressive.

This house is as described, beyond neat, clean, filled with any appliance and kitchen materials needed. The pool is Devine, lots of parking so that’s always a plus. The host responds fast and friendly. 0 complains, Will recommend 1000 times:)

Great place to stay on the Waikaloa side! Far enough away from the hustle of Kona, but close enough to great snorkeling, luaus, shopping, and all our other adventures. Super quiet, close to an onsite pool - it made for our own little private oasis.
