Notes

• Exterior Painting Project has started - The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year.

Space

Gaze out across manicured gardens and rustling palms from your two shaded lanais at this bright, breezy condo in Waikoloa Colony Villas. Golfer or beach-goer, adventurer or relaxation-seeker, this is a place to experience the best of the Big Island.

This two-story condo is located in the beautifully landscaped resort community of Waikoloa Colony Villas. On the grounds, you'll have access to a pair of recreation areas (each with an outdoor pool, hot tub, and barbecue area), hard tennis courts, a fitness room, and a clubhouse. The Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Course, the Kings' Shops, the Queens' Marketplace, and the white sand of ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach are all less than a mile away as well.

You'll never miss a single sunrise or breathtaking sunset here, thanks to the covered lanais on both levels of the condo. Savor your first cup of morning coffee on the lanai just off the upstairs bedroom, then come downstairs for an alfresco breakfast on the other adjacent to the dining room.

The interior is every bit as special, thanks to two-story ceilings, newly installed floors, and an entire wall of windows that fill the space with sunlight. The condo feels open and airy whether you're cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, gathering for dinner around the dining table, or watching movies on cable in the living room. In the evenings, enjoy the fact that there's one bedroom and one full bathroom on each floor, central air conditioning to keep you cool as you sleep, and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels overnight.

Great place to stay on the Waikaloa side! Far enough

Great place to stay on the Waikaloa side! Far enough away from the hustle of Kona, but close enough to great snorkeling, luaus, shopping, and all our other adventures. Super quiet, close to an onsite pool - it made for our own little private oasis.

The condo that I reserved, what a great location. Very close to the pool about 20-30 yards to the pool gate. Also our parking spot what right in front of the door of our condo. The condo had more than enough room for my family of six. Also great price for this location. I loved to stay here again in the near future. Mahalo for a great time.

This oasis was perfect for our family of five. The unit was huge and so spacious! It was perfectly stocked, had extra towels and blankets and the bathrooms had all amenities including hair dryers.
The location was so peaceful. It was quiet for the perfect disconnected Hawaiian getaway. The pool was just a few steps away from the back door and clean. There are several eating options in the Waikoloa Village area or it's a quick drive to Kailua for more options.
We had a few issues with the TV remotes, and the maintenance staff had excellent communication and response time. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at a great price

We stayed at this condo for the same price you would pay for a hotel room at the Hilton or Marriott. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The pool was close by, and the kids really enjoyed the swim.

Hard to locate

Jannis · Oct 2024

Nice property with several amenities, but very hard to find, especially after dark. Numbers on buildings are not sequential so you have to wander around hoping that you stumble across the building, which is hidden behind other buildings that are numbered quite differently. Do not rely on signs, they are not lit up, so you have to arrive before dark.

Excellent home

TAMAKI · Aug 2024

The room was perfect for a long stay. The pool was right in front of us and the view was great. It was quiet and conveniently located near popular beaches . The living room was very spacious and the kitchen was easy to use, so we were able to relax very well. It would have been even better if there was a water tap outside.
