Reviewer Comments:
This is the second time we have stayed at the Hololani both units have been nice this one was exceptional! We hope to come back sometime next year with our adult children, and will be renting 2 units. Marcia is always friendly & professional they are very lucky to have someone like her working there.

Reviewer Comments:
Marcia was GREAT and so was Deborah the cleaner. Didn't like living room sofa, EXTREMELY uncomfortable & no hide-a-bed for child. Also, we're unhappy there is NO BEACH at all, it's gone for good and was a big plus for us in the past.
