First, thank you Carole for being so kind and for making the entire experience so smooth and simple. Never having been to the Big Island before, we did much research and ultimately landed in your amazing condo. It was exactly as described, and the perfect accommodations for our family. The condo was very spacious, and included all of the necessary amenities. The Kohala Coast, with its beautiful beaches and resort areas, ended up being the right choice of locations to stay in, serving as a functional home base location to travel to other sights such as Kailua-Kona, the volcano, Hilo, and other interesting parts of the island. Amazing things such as shopping & dining, the beautiful coastline, awesome sunsets, wonderful hiking, and the complex's pool/spa were all within just a few short minutes walking distance. We enjoyed ourselves immensely in this lovely condo, thank you again Carole!

This was our first trip to Maui and our stay @ Hololani was everything we expected. The unit was spacious and in great shape. The lanai was fantastic and being so near the water was great. Marcia in the office was also super helpful. Thanks!

We are satisfied with out stay at A602 Hololani but found following improvements be made for an even better experience. 1. It appears there are some kind of bugs (may be bed bugs) in the kids bed room because on both nights they slept in that room, they woke up with red bite marks on them. Or may they are something else other than bed bugs? 2. The water pressure in the showers were low. 3. The door frame on the main door was sooo rusty and holes on it. Other than the above, our stay was very very pleasant and we loved every minute of it. The view was awesome from our unit and the moment we opened the door on the first day...we all went WOW by looking at the view of the ocean and the two islands.

We loved our stay in Maui at Hololoni. The view from our balcony was beautiful and the grounds were kept up nicely. The beach in front of the condo was small and during high tide it disappeared but the beaches just south were beautiful and easy to get to. We appreciated the quiet and not-so-busy environment. We'll definately be back, hopefully during the whale migrating season!

My family has been coming back to the Hololani for several years for our Maui "fix". We really enjoy the property and how the grounds are maintained. Reserved parking, the spectacular views of Lanai and Molokai and being right on the beach can't be beat. Plus having a washer/dryer in the unit really helps lighten the suitcases. Over the years, we have stayed in many different units and this one is right up there with the top units we have rented. The kitchen and baths have been updated and are fresh. And there is a nice TV in the great room. I wish the beds were Kings as we are tall and that there were more sleeping pillows, but those beds and more pillows are hard to find in rental units anywhere. And my only other suggestion would be to have a wider variety of kitchen utensils (i.e. can opener to open the pineapple juice cans and full size whisk for eggs) and tupperware style containers for food storage (something to refrigerate the fresh cut pineapple in) - more glass bowls with glass lids would have been nice, but nevertheless, we were able to improvise and have a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to return and would recommend this unit and the property as a whole to anyone.
