Felt a bit dated, but was clean. Location was great. Close to a nice beach for the kids with tons of turtles. Pool was closed for 1 day out of 5 with no explanation. I'd consider staying there again if I visited the area again.

What an amazing location, right next to the beach! Very clean. Walk down the street to see the sea turtles, walk to restaurants. 7-10 minutes from shopping in several locations. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

20/10 experience with the Prince Kuhio & heavenly vacations! The room is gorgeous, bed is super comfortable, and bathroom is clean with super nice mirror in the restroom. Several super nice mirrors and surf/beach themed decor everywhere. There is a beautiful kitchen with everything, and a giant room in the back with an insane amount of beach gear, even an ice chest! The property is just so pretty too, you’re right by EVERYTHING in the south side. Thank you to my host, you were lovely!
This oceanfront condo offers air conditioning in both the rooms and the living room. It is conveniently located near several excellent restaurants, and the host provided detailed instructions to ensure a seamless check-in process. From the balcony, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and unwind by having breakfast or reading a book. The pricing is highly competitive compared to other accommodations with similar amenities in Kapa’a. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and would undoubtedly choose it for my next visit to the island.
