The place was beautiful. It was clean and well located. Walking distance to the queens pool and Hideaway Beach. Stunning views from all rooms.
Super clean home, stocked with everything from BBQ to beach toys to linens, towels, etc. Internet was fast, location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the noise of tourism, yet right on the beach. Fell asleep to the ocean breeze each night and the sounds of tropical rain and birds. Perfect vacation spot to feel private and truly experience Kauai.
Loved first time in Maui at this exceptional resort near beach to walk or snorkel, walking paths and near gift shop, Times Market & Dukes. Lovely sunsets from balcony!! Can't wait to go back.

My wife and I have only rented a few times on Kauai and this has been the best yet. The property was as described and well appointed. Stocked with supplies as if the owner were staying. Excellent condition and everything worked! The pathway to the beach is just across the street between the homes that front the beach. Best stay yet! Their app worked well, a bit busy but was very usefully. Bali Hai did an excellent job, from their property description to their paper work (on-line) and personable attention when we had questions. On our last trip a couple of years ago, we found out what a bad rental property and management company can be like - almost no bathroom and kitchen supplies, nothing to light the BBQ with, DVD / TV that wasn't working correctly, the AC leaking down the inside wall, property wasn't ready for several hours past the check-in time plus a few more problems with the management company not really being responsive. Bali Hai did an excellent job and sets the bar for a great vacation management company.
Amazing views, wonderful location in Kaanapali and very comfortable. The unit has clearly been updated and with good taste. The room was very comfortable and the beach towels, umbrella, body boards, sand toys were wonderful to have. We were in Maui for a destination wedding and many folks who stopped by our room agreed that it was a great place, especially in comparison to their lodgings. Thank you for sharing this space with our family and making our vacation that much more enjoyable. The pools are also wonderful and our daughters enjoyed swimming in them and at the beach all day long!
