Overall this house is beautiful and worked well for 6 single women without any of us feeling crowded. The view from the back deck was beautiful and a great place for morning coffee! I would absolutely stay there again. There were a couple things, however. In one of the ads ( I think it was advertised on a couple different sites) the house was advertised as 2 blocks from the beach which it is.... but only as the crow flies. It was actually a few blocks further because there are no shortcuts straight to the beach so we had to walk the roadway, taking a longer route. The only other concern was the noise of the traffic as the house is situated along the main route around Kauai. The place was lovely, though. We also met the owner who was also lovely and very helpful as were the Coldwell Banker staff. Loved the huge dining room table and all the windows! Great place!

Super nice unit. The pictures are not representative. It is bigger than it look on picture, we were very happy when we got on spot. Everything is there, full equip unit. There is a nice lanai, the pool is near the unit. Very nice location... near of foodmarket, beachs, restaurant, ... I will defenitly go back to Kawai soon, and i will rent the same unit! No need to pay the big price for a oceanview!

Absolutely loved the property and location, which gave me easy access to many great attractions! I will be sure to book my next getaway in Kauai at the Plantations at Princeville!
