This condo has the perfect location. It is centrally located between both ends of the island, it is a very quiet & relaxing area, with a nice breeze blowing through all the time. The only thing you need is your clothes & food, everything else is supplied. It even has a laundry room on each floor with a small library in each one. There is an elevator for people who have trouble climbing stairs. The condo is very nicely decorated & very clean. Tom & David even left us a guest basket of fruit, candy, coffee, & misc. Hawaiian treats. This was very thoughtful & we really appreciated it. I highly recommend this condo for a very relaxing Hawaiian vacation. Thanks again Tom & David for making our vacation in Maui a very enjoyable one.

We really loved this condo. It had everything we needed plus more. It was very clean & the owner even provided a gift basket of fruit, coffee, candy, & other stuff from Hawaii. I highly recommend this condo. It was really nice to have a laundry room on each floor. We really liked the luau & submarine ride. Didn't care for Fred's Mexican food, but Moose McGillycuddy's was good (Try the Lava Flow).

What a great place to stay, close to everything but not in the middle of all the crouds and noise. This was a girls trip, my 82 year old mother, my sister and I totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We had breakfast at the condo each morning before starting our action packed days. We went whale watching, went to the Royal Lahaina Luau, took a ride on the Sugar Cane Train, drove the road to Hana, stopped by the Garden of Eden, drove all the way to the top of the Haleakala National Park and had a picnic lunch, drove all the way around the west side, went to the Iao Valley State Park to the Iao Needle, spent an afternoon shopping in Lahaina and ate at Bubba Gumps Shrimp, went to the Maui Ocean Center and the Sugar Museum, went to Mamas Fish House for dinner one night...wow we really packed a lot into one week. The best part was being able to come back to a nice quite place where we could fix a meal and relax, read a book, watch TV, take a walk down the beach, or take a dip in the pool, before the next morning when we were off on another adventure. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and a wonderful place to stay!

Great Place and nicely equipped. Tom accommodated a early check in and a late check out!! This is a really quiet and well maintained house! thanks for the nice treats that were left to welcome us to Maui!!
