We had a wonderful stay at Mahana 618 in late December 2022. The construction was not a problem – we heard drilling on one day and there was some scaffolding up on the non-ocean side. Water pressure and water temperature in the shower were a little inconsistent but it sounds like water pressure was a problem in that whole region that week. The views from the condo are incredible and we spent a lot of time watching whales in the distance from the lanai (bring binoculars). Unit is nicely updated. We liked that parking was close and free and that there was no resort fee. We enjoyed snorkeling from the beach about 300 m to the south (just S of the Westin).
