Awesome unit and amazing location! However, there were 2 minor issues that we experienced. We arrived after the 3pm check in time and the housekeeper was still there making the bed. She did not have the comforter/bed covering with her, so she had to leave the unit to go and get it from her vehicle or laundry. This took her another 20+ minutes to complete. So we had to leave the front door open until she returned and we waited on the lanai.
Upon entering the unit, we noticed a large fan on the dining table, telling us that the ac doesn’t work properly. While the unit is ocean front and normally there would be good trade winds, but this weekend there was no breeze and it was humid. Leaving the lanai door open was not an option. So if you are looking for good and comfortable ac, this is not the unit. I did email the on island property manager but didn’t get a response. Not a huge deal, but it does make a difference. Also, know that guests of this unit are NOT allowed to use the hotels laundry machines.
Like I said, these were minor things that do make a difference. We would definitely stay here again with hopes that the ac is working better.
