Excellent two-bedroom townhouse. Booking the place was fast and easy, with excellent communication from Heidi Bogart (property manager). There were a few glitches, but were easily resolved by Heidi. We especially liked the full-sized washer/dryer (not the small stack-up models common in other places), french-door refrigerator and upgraded cable TV system, including Showtime. The facility was well-organized, clean and had no evidence of bugs. The location of the facility was great, as we spent most of the time golfing in Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Kona and Waimea – with an occasional trip on Saddle Road to Hilo. (Our son needed to get a loco moco fix at Cafe 100 and Zippys.) We frequently come back to the Big Island for family vacations and will definitely like to come back to this condo.
