Many units within Island Colony that range from OK to superb. This particular unit was OK but not great. It certainly was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of Diamond Head but it had a sparsely furnished kitchen. The office was able to add to the kitchen supplies, which helped. The staff is very pleasant, friendly, helpful. This was my 6th experience and I will certainly continue to lease in Island Colony through them.
