Unbeatable location, which is why this is the second time I`ve stayed at this complex (last time on the 3rd floor, this time on the 4th). Crashing waves right under you, ability to watch turtles and surfers alike from the balcony, and easy proximity to lots of Po`ipu area sights. Very well stocked kitchen in terms of dishware, drinking vessels, and Tupperware-type storage (one of the most important things IMHO), even if there isn`t all that much in terms of cooking ingredients (no spices other than salt and pepper). We didn`t use the AC at all during our stay, just the fans and open windows…but admittedly it was quite warm and most will be glad they do have AC available. A bit on the pricey side for sure (substantially more so than when I stayed in the complex the first time), but if you`re going to stay on the southeast part of the island and want all the benefits of a condo (being able to make your own meals, full fridge, etc.), then this place is hard to beat.
