This is an older unit but the ambiance is fantastic. We had the patio doors open and ceiling fans running whenever we were here. In the mornings we relaxed overlooking the blue water without the sun beating down on us. If you want to sunbath the patio gets warm in the afternoons. We didn’t miss air conditioning and could not imagine shutting the patio doors all night and shutting out the surf. Very well stocked kitchen if choose to cook. We never used the pool which I would not rate very high.
