Friends of ours suggested staying at the Mahana because of the excellent location and we found this perfect condo through the website Kaanapali Beach Rentals. We could not have been more pleased. The views of the ocean and beach and other islands are truly spectacular. This particular condo is beautifully renovated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The king bed was super comfy, the kitchen is a dream to be in and all the finishes including the granite counters and stone tiling in the shower was appreciated. Having snorkel gear and a cooler to take to the beach was convenient as well. The only thing I think missing was a few of those folding beach chairs that a lot of people were carrying. We left one chair that we used for one week behind for the next guests. I would absolutely return to this unit and have recommended it to everyone I know who is thinking about going to Maui.
