Many pros. The kids loved that there was a lot of space. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was nice. Big fridge in the kitchen. has a washer/dryer on the porch. wrap around porch with outside table in the back.
Only significant con for us was the slight musty smell.
There are space heaters and a dehumidifier in the closet. we didn’t use these. It was cool in the morning, but that was fine for us.
