Plans changed the day before arrival and the condominium company was willing to extend our trip and had it ready by the time we landed (8 hours later). only the bedroom has an air conditioning unit, so it took a while but it finally did cool the entire place. Maintenance was called for something minor and they came out within 2 hours. Balcony was great–balcony closet had beach chairs and some beach toys which was a nice touch. Would stay here again!
