This was everything my group needed for our stay in the south shore. It’s a bout a 3 minute walk to one beach, and maybe 6 minutes tops to the most popular one.
Parking is unassigned and there are a lot of free spaces in the condominium area, so we were always able to get a space close to the front door.
If you’re worrying about the minimal AC – we went in July which is one of the hottest months, but the fans and screen doors made it easy to not feel too hot.
