This was so ideal for our group. 3 bedrooms each with it’s own bath for 5 “mature” women. Everyone loved the charming decor with ka’amaina touches. Being so close to the national park made the hiking convenient and great to have such a comfy place to come back to. We ate some meals out but loved having the ability to eat some meals in the well equipped kitchen. The surroundings were so beautiful with all the ohia trees and ferns. Kilauea put on a good show and we drove down to take the Lava Boat Tour to see the lava going into the ocean. What a special treat! I will return some time soon!
