We found this villa to be well kept, spacious and spotless!! It is close to a walking beach (in which we saw a resting seal), it is centrally located and JUST 6 minutes from the airport. The use of the Kauai Beach Resort pools and hot tubs was an added bonus. Also, the split A/C unit was awesome to come back to after a long beach day as were the TWO rocking chairs in the living area since we were traveling with a 10-month-old!! Parking was free and there were always spaces available. We were pleased with the villa and would definitely stay here again.
