This Fairway Villas condo is in a perfect Waikoloa location just a few minutes’ walk to the King and Queen’s shops. It has a very well-equipped kitchen – all types of small appliances, pots, pans, etc. that you could possibly need if you choose to cook while in Hawaii. The outdoor shed is very well-stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, fins, etc. We made use of all of it. The condo has plenty of beach towels and other towels as well (we’ve stayed in some places that give you exactly four towels for your stay) so you never run out. The washer/dryer are new and we used them multiple times so no need to bring so many clothes. We didn’t really make use of the pool because we were at the beach every day but it seemed quite busy. A nice bonus for us was that we had an evening flight and were offered a late check-out by Vacasa (2:00 p.m. rather than 10:00 a.m. for a $40.00 cost) which was well worth it. They sent us an email two days prior to departure. I don’t know if this is an option in all cases but it was great for us. Fairway Villas are a great condo complex and this condo was a great rental. I would highly recommend it.
