This was our first trip to the Big Island and I came across unit 10H. After reading review and checking other units I booked this since it sounded like it had everything plus a good location. I am happy I did! From the moment we walked in the door the unit did not disappoint. We had everything we needed plus more (towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, umbrella, etc) for our daily jaunts to the beaches up the coast. The BBQ came in handy for nights we stayed in to eat. The kitchen had everything needed including travel coffee mugs! Nice view of the golf course and ocean.
The amount of remotes for each TV is crazy and could be simplified and labeled for each room. Also be careful for the end of the master bed, you will bump your shin on the end several times!
The only surprise we had was the mandatory $20 per day fee for amenities like parking, pool, etc. the pool is great and very kid friendly, music and night and a nice place to eat if the kids are hanging in the pool.
I absolutely recommend this place to anyone especially families. We throughly enjoyed every minute of our time here and will be back.
