The home was in great condition and is in a wonderful location high on the Princeville cliffs. A couple of comments: We experienced some wild weather while there, and as a result the windows were blanketed with salt spray and became almost opaque. Because it’s a second floor unit, we could not reach the affected windows to clean them. I would recommend that a long-handled squeegee be stored in the unit, or a window cleaning service be retained to minimize similar future occurrences. Also, when the lock box outside of the front door of the house failed to operate properly were locked outside with no way in. Bali Hai Realty responded immediately to our call and we were able to access the home. Great service!!
