This is a very nice condo with a great view of the ocean. You need to drive to sandy beaches but the property is right on the water. We came in Feb 2021 and could see whales from the lanai! The full kitchen has pots, pans, plates, silverware for cooking or reheating food. We didn’t find any salt or pepper or spices, probably due to Covid. Also note there is no dishwasher. The couch is comfortable and has a fold out bed (but we didn’t try it). The bathroom is small but adequate, although they stock it with cheap toilet paper so we bought our own. They also provide little shampoos and soaps.There is a fairly big kitchen counter with a couple wobbly stools. But you’ve got a great view so you’ll want to eat outside anyway. The lanai is quite large and includes a table for 3 for outdoor dining and a lounge chair for, well, lounging. :)Our only real complaint was the comfort and location of the bed. The bed had a foam topper that have been added so it is very soft and the fitted sheet doesn’t stay on. The head of the bed is up against the same wall as the outside hallway, and the vents above the bed don’t block out sound or light. This means unless you are a very deep sleeper you may hear people coming and going early in the morning and late at night.Overall a good condo in a great location. Just be prepared to wear ear plugs and a mask if you are at all a light sleeper due to the location of the bed and the lack of bedroom curtains.
