This condo was nicely equipped for a week of beach relaxation. The kitchen appliances and countertops were recently updated and when we arrived we found the unit clean. This is an older unit, so do not be caught off guard. Additionally please note that if you arrive after 5 pm you will not be able to get a parking permit that day. We did not get a citation but a gentle warning to register with the desk.
I think a refresh of the bathroom, and lanai would really take this to the next level of comfort
