Overall the experience was very good. Setting up and going through the reservation process was a little different than other processes I’ve used but all in all not bad. The only downside was the key for the pool wasn’t in the condo. We didn’t know it was missing until our last day because we wanted to bbq and the grills are by the pool. We contact turnkey, who in turn had their local rep reach out to use. She provided access to the spare key however that didn’t work either. We ended up jumping the fence in order to cook but will know next time to validate that the key is there and works when we get in to avoid not having access later in our stay.
