Loved every minute of it!

Amazing lanai overlooking the ocean and usable rain or shine. Trade winds and fans cool the house down well. Lots of space, quiet. Absolutely spectacular stargazing on a clear night.

Needs: new, non metal lanai furniture and a compost bin.
