Perfectly located in Princeville! I searched many sites and hotels sites for a place with AC, which was a MUST for us. I know Kauai have beautiful weather, but we cant live without ac. This is one of the few places that have AC throughout the unit. The condo is on the first floor and beautifullly decorated. The master suites was huge and looks out into the garden. No scenic ocean view, but it really does not bother us. The ocean is within walking distance and its worth the walk every morning to go see the sun rise over the water. I am glad we were able to do that rather then watching from the house. Fully stocked kitchen, parking in garage and super easy check in. The house was spacious throughout and super, super clean. It was only myself and boyfriend, so we didnt use the extra room, but the place can easily fit 6 people comfortably. The owner and cleaner did a great job keeping this place up. Its not ultra modern, but the feel of it is cozy Hawaiian vibe. The price and value is well worth what we paid for (honestly, I didnt expect all this for what we paid for). I highly recommend this place over and over again and can go on forever- this place was everything we needed and wanted for our time in Kauai.
