We had a family celebration at this Fairways Villas property for just about 5 1/2 weeks from mid July to the end of August 2017. My wife and I had a few days alone, then entertained first 5 folks, then 4, then 3 and finally 2, each for a week on their own and leaving us one week to recover. The condo was equipped to handle all those loads very well. Appliances are in good condition, entry closet has lots of ocean gear, and managers Heidi, Lauri and Faith were responsive, efficient and professional. Would do it there again easy!
