Puu Poa 212 is a beautiful, comfortable condo. The open airy feel in the condo has amazing views from just about anywhere in the unit. We ate most of our meals at home in the condo, which is very well equipped and supplied with everything you need to prepare a meal.
To be completely transparent, we are here on Kauai for over a month and have booked four separate rentals and Puu Poa 212 is the most expensive. The unit is showing signs of wear and tear. The outdoor lanai had weeds flourishing from the grout lines in the tile, which were in disrepair. The grill did not function very well, the sliders did not lock, and most of the screens (windows and doors) need to be cleaned if not replaced and re-aligned.
That said, I still give the unit 5 stars and would stay there again. The shortcomings noted were not that big of a deal to us. We loved the unit and it’s location. Oh, we LOVED that we could connect our Pandora via Bluetooth to the Entertainment unit with Bose speakers!! That was wonderful!!
