Very clean condo especially kitchen. Kitchen has a Keurig and even a rice cooker. The furniture is very comfortable and we loved the recliners. It’s a quiet neighborhood and low street lighting means you can see all the stars even walking to the pool and hot tub which is conveniently across the street. Condo location in building 13 is hard to find especially if you arrive in after nightfall. There’s handy coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards, tennis rackets and even golf clubs in the laundry closet closet of the condo. Our family includes two kids under 10 and they loved the Waikoloa Colony Villas especially on the day the wild goats were grazing on the bushes in front of the Villas gate!!
