233 is a lovely end unit condo with excellent ocean views. This is our 4th visit to Pali Ke Kua and we always book a 2nd floor end unit to maximize views and minimize noise from neighbors. I use a map of the complex I found online to understand each unit’s orientation. The kitchen and baths of 233 are tastefully updated with quality appliances. The bedroom plus loft design work for a family but would be less suitable for two couples. The condo is in very good shape considering the high occupancy rate. There is no AC but ceiling fans and trade winds kept us pretty comfortable. Few units in this complex have AC. The beach below is beautiful but has a rocky and slippery shoreline. It is suitable for experienced swimmers/snorkelers, we saw sea turtles there everyday. The beach at the St Regis is sandy and good for swimming and is more kid friendly. Stop at Costco in Lihue to stock up on staples before you head to the north shore. Foodland market in Princeville is very good but pricey. They had excellent fresh fish which we barbequed. The pizza at the onsite Hideaway Pizza Pub was tasty and convenient for take out.
