Condo was equipped as advertised, very clean throughout (only exception is the carpet, but if you wear slippers it’s not a big deal). AC works well when needed and having a couple of stand fans was perfect to keep the air circulating. The beach gear was great, chairs with zipper pockets that actually zipped! Ample snorkel gear and boogie boards to keep everyone occupied. Condo is located away from the elevator which makes a big difference in the evenings. You are also provided lots of supplies like soap and paper products which made it comfortable from the start. The only thing missing were filters that fit the coffee pot but we bought a pack and left them for the folks to come. This is one of the best units in the Kihei Akahi in my opinion.
