We rented this property because we could hold an event here. Small wedding but was a perfect venue. It has everything we could ask for. The grounds were all cleaned up and taken care of the day before wedding. The beach is private and steps away also providing a perfect backdrop for gorgeous pictures. The house is very large and has all the requirements for beach fun with chairs and toys provided. The furnishings are perfect and comfortable. And with our family of 6 staying we had plenty of room to just hang out as a family and relax. The deck was spectacular for views and the hot tub for stargazing. Loved it. Only downfall was screen doors are all sticky. Don’t know if they need to be changed up clean the tracks or switched to French doors. But I think being in the humidity and close proximity to ocean may mean troubles either way Would love to go again
