We loved the location of Sugar Beach complex and this ocean front condo. It was wonderful listening to the waves and watching the sunset from the lanai. The lanai furniture great. The pull out was clean and easy to use. Lots of extras for the beach like chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. Grounds are well maintained, pool & hot tub were nice, great lawn seating in front of beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.
