The property was as described. There were beach chairs and umbrella that we found helpful for Poipu beaches. We arrived after a large amount of rain which maid the beach on the property murky. Able to find a beach in Poipu with a short drive of 30 minutes or so. Also able to visit Hanalei with a 45 minute drive from the condo. Well located for travel around the island.
