This is in the Pali Mai community of townhouses. You can look it up on line to see details about the complex. The buildings are new which is great. Most of the units seem to be used as this one is; rentals for vacationing families.
This second floor unit directly overlooks the golf course and has a distant view of the ocean. Two floors with the private Master Bedroom upstairs. You’ll notice in the listing that there is construction going on in the complex. They are building two new sets of buildings (as of 7/19), however, they are quite a distance from this unit and we had no issues with noise. In fact the unit was quiet. The only noise you may hear is if the people staying in the units on wither side of you is out on the balcony. Because this is a middle unit the balcony is quite small but is laid out well given the size limitation.
Community pool is right across the parking lot out front with easy access. The note about a sharp turn into the one car garage is accurate. We had a Chevy Impala and it was fine, but I wouldn’t want to do it with a full size truck or larger car. You are about a half mile from the ocean and restaurants. We were able to easily walk to both. The Unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. In fact, we were able to get in it an hour early. Nice furnishings. A/C is good to have although we opened the windows at times to feel the breeze which was nice. All-in-all this was a very good find. Having rented many places via the internet, you never know for sure until you get there and actually see the place to know exactly what you will have. This looked good on-line and exceeded our expectations in real life. Entire transaction was handled smoothly and efficiently. If we return to Kauai we will check for availability of this unit first and book it if available.
