We had a very comfortable stay in unit A100. It was larger than we anticipated with great views out from the lanai. Unit came with 6 towels for the pool, two yoga mats, great selection of beach toys, snorkel gear, many books to choose from for adults. BBQ area was very clean and close by for making dinner. Unit has three separate AC units (one for each bedroom and common area) which made it very comfortable in the afternoons when you want to get out of the heat. The beach cabana was amazing. We spent some of the day everyday there playing and relaxing. They have chairs and towels available to use for free from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There is a golf cart that will shuttle you back and forth from you unit. In my opinion, the Cabana area was the best section of Kaanapali beach because the beach is flatter, surf is a bit easier and it is less crowded than the other side of black rock or if you go farther north along the beach. The unit could use better frying pans (they are worn out). No cookie sheet. More spices and kitchen staples would be nice. More kids books and games would be a good addition. The unit was fantastic and would definitely rent again.
