There are always turtles within view of the patio, surfers as well. We also saw a couple whales breaching as we sat on the patio.The condo is great- the kitchen is set up very well, so if you’re going to be cooking in a lot it’s pretty much all there save for seasonings. The bed was awesome. This unit does not have AC, but with all of the ceiling fans and the large patio doors open there was plenty of airflow. The couch is a bit dated. Wifi is excellent.If you need a (cheap) place within walking distance of downtown Kona this is a great deal.
