We loved our stay at Lani Kai. It was quite luxurious – the condo is very large, with two full bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is new, and the lanai is so comfortable for sitting and listening to the waves. We loved that it’s on the ground floor. It’s a short walk to the pool, the deck, and the beach. It’s great that you can walk right along the shore up to Lava Lava Beach Club, more beaches, restaurants, and a nice coffeeshop. The beach has a nice natural tide pool with lots of colorful tropical fish. At night shearwater birds were resting in the bushes near the water, and every day we were serenaded by a white-rumped shama.
The location of Lani Kai is excellent – right in the middle of the east coast. It’s easy to travel north to Hanalei and our favorite, Anini Beach. And just as easy to travel south to Poipu Beach and Waimea Canyon. We had a fantastic stay!
