Just want to say, off the bat, the customer service is excellent. Super prompt, understanding, and helpful. The little issues we had were quickly resolved and to our satisfaction. The only thing I would suggest in this particular unit, is better fans. This condo does not have AC. And we had a few nights where the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. But other than that. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 🙂
