The unit is exactly as described and pictured. It’s clean, well furnished, although the couch could use an update and the main tv is quite small – 22″?. (I know, who’s watching tv while in Hawaii…well if you want to see the NBA playoffs…) For a few days, there were ants on the kitchen counter, but I’m guessing it could’ve been from the beautiful fresh floral arrangement. The garage door remote control was finicky…had to be directly within inches of the front of door for it to operate (low battery?). Otherwise, the four of us enjoyed the stay here. It was perfect, especially with two bathrooms. The pool area is small, and unlike a resort, but was fine. The Bali Hai staff were very professional in reserving the condo. I’d return and/or recommend this unit to others.
