(Review age 35-40) This place was amazing – modern, renovated, clean, and the best views for whale watching possible. Our parents also stayed in the Mahana, and though they may have paid a little less, their place was very outdated (think 80’s chic) – so it was worth it for us. The views are to die for, and looking down Kaanapali beach, you’ll notice that these condos are closer to the beach/water than any other condo/resort. Definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on day trips to Lahaina, but if you just want to relax on the beach or on the lanai watching whales and honu, or taking a leisurely stroll with you feet in the sand for miles of amazing beachfront with periodic hops to bars for mai tais…this is your place. The amenities are all there, to include wine fridge and rain-shower head. Recommend bringing a portal speaker for music as the only player in the condo is a cd/aux-in player. We will be going back!!
