We just returned home from a 2 week stay here and were sad to leave. The decor is exactly as shown in the 360 virtual tour and is an accurate representation. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Now for some FYI tidbits and other reviewer concerns.
The beach gear is located in the utility closet with the exception of the boogie boards which are UNDER the bed. The chairs are great quality with storage for your extra things and a small cooler too. We purchased pool noodles for snorkeling and left them behind for logistic reasons.
The shower has a half glass enclosed wall and water will sprinkle on the tile floor. We found that the floor mat and a little shower head redirection worked well. It’s nice and roomy with a hand held as well.
The ant baits are visible in the kitchen area, We did NOT see a single ant in this unit our entire 2 week stay and it was never an issue.
The cable had no instructions for use and took a couple of days of frustration to figure out. If you’re traveling with kids, they’ll figure it out in two minutes. For the rest of us …..source HDMI 2 is your starting point.
Lastly, for educational purposes, there is push for those choosing to enjoy the beautiful ocean/coral reefs to purchase REEF SAFE SUNBLOCK. Most sunblocks have coral killing ingredients in them. Options exist.
We’re sure you will have a wonderful time during your stay. Try some coconut candy and/or a Maui gold pineapple for a delicious treat. Aloha
