This condo was exactly what the pictures show and well stocked with a lot of the items you need. Having beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards to use made going to the beach much easier. We took our 19 month old and the stairs were a challenge but the condo is in a great location with a large grassy area she could play in and very close to the pool.
