Beautiful breakfast view! We loved hearing the ocean all night and waking to have breakfast while watching ocean waves. *Central location helped us see and do everything we wanted *beach access down the street, but a short easy walk*location was great for accessing local places/highway to other areas*Prices for food, etc were better than North or South shore. *highway traffic was visible from the lanai but not bothersome*condo was very quiet, peaceful and private -roosters crow at all hours but that is true everywhere in Kauai*The condo was light and bright and very clean. *The kitchen had everything we needed except cooking oils. Ice trays (4) in the freezer*Living room has a smart TV, comfortable couch and dining table. *Pool is small but clean and we’ll kept – grounds are kept nicely and has BBQs available for outdoor dining. *Coffee shop across the street and Coconut Marketplace (shops and Farmers Market T/Th) up the street (about 5 minute walk on safe side streets with sidewalks and beautiful palms) made mornings either quick and easy to head out to other adventures or great for an unhurried stroll to wake up and get breakfast. *Overall a fantastic stay and will forever have memories of our comfortable stay. I would definitely go back.*One thing I wished for was an upgrade in the bathroom for the bath/shower. It did the job for getting clean after ocean and sand, but was small, worn and not inviting. Updating this would make the condo
