There were four of us, two couples, but this house was big enough for three couples, and all of us agree that we loved this home. It’s fully equipped, the kitchen is great, the downstairs patio with BBQ is really nice, and we BBQ’d every night. Grab the beach chairs, a bottle wine, and set yourselves up on the beach for evening cocktails, or you can go sit in the beautiful gazebo. The property this home is on is incredible, with lush gardens, a lagoon “Kong’s Lagoon”, and the beach is wonderful. There is great snorkeling here, lots of fish, and clear shallow water to swim, but bring your reef walkers. Lots of beach toys, masks, fins, balls, etc were provided, and there is an outdoor shower to use before going back into the house. This is a very quiet location, and all you will hear is the surf, and the birds, but there is a TV in eveery room, and good cable cahnnels. Nice grocery stores are not too far away in Kapaa, but I would suggest going to Costco when you get your rental car in Lihue, stocking up on supplies. There is a very nice spa out on the expansive deck, and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. The rental compay was great to deal with, and the Concierge was very helpful with advice on activities, as well as settiing up reservations. What can I say, you will have a great vacation here!
